Follow up and followed through on date promised. Went above and beyond what was expected of them. Left things neat and tidy. Better than we left it for them. VERY IMPRESSED!!!!! April was awesome with calling and follow up when I changed my plans, several times. Hard to find people today that say they can and will do something and actually follow through. Iâ m impressed and wonâ t hesitate to call again when I need something done.

I would gladly recommend Organic Family Solutions for Interior Painting, which is what they did for my home in Springfield. I was in the process of selling my house so I wanted to have the work done as soon as possible. The estimator was able to come sooner than originally scheduled, which helped my tight schedule. She answered all of my questions and made suggestions where needed. She called a couple of days after I accepted their price to let me know that her crew was scheduled to start my job one week sooner. I was grateful that she was looking out for my interests, too. When the crew arrived to start the job (on a Saturday, no less) they covered everything â furniture, fixtures, and the hardwood floors. I needed different work done in different rooms, and the crew leader walked through each room with me to be sure that they knew what needed to be done. The living room and one of the bedrooms had dark green walls and another bedroom had deep royal blue walls; those rooms are now the Natural Beige color I chose. You would never know what the previous colors had been. The trim and edging work was neat and there are no roller marks on the walls or ceilings. The same four men worked on my job. Not all of them worked on the same days, but there were always at least two men on-site every day until the job was finished. They finished early, too. The last half-day that they worked was for my punch list items (which was a short list) and to finish the final clean-up. They rehung my curtain rods for me, as well, which I didnâ t expect them to do. Overall, the estimator and crew were professional, courteous, and friendly, and they did high-quality work. I would definitely hire this company again.

They go way beyond doing and helping for what is expected of them. Very helpful for working with someone like me, who s very picky! Thankful for their help!

Due to the weather, a 2 day project took 5 days. The crews were attentive to detail, unfailingly professional and persistent in getting the job done. The one error made was quickly and efficiently corrected - with many apologies! Good value, good work. I'd hire them again in a flash.

Good value excellent work

Bryan and Seth did a wonderful job on texturing our walls. They textured 8 rooms in 4 days for us. Our living room has an 18 ft ceiling and they left their scalping an extra day for us so we could paint. Did a spectacular job and would recommend them to anyone. Easy to work with and very nice people. Would hire them again for a project.

Bryan did fantastic work and went above and beyond to finish the job. His attention to detail was great! They were easy to work with and I would definitely hire them again.

They sanded and painted our kitchen cabinets. The workmanship was very professional with quality results. They kept to their time lines. Cleaned as they went. Detail oriented. Looking forward to using them for future projects.

They were compassionate and understanding of our bed bug problem, having gone through the same thing themselves. In fact, they expanded into this business to provide a service to those like themselves. They are down to earth folks who are so far from judging that you feel totally comfortable telling them your story and trusting them to handle it. It has been almost 3 weeks since our heat treatment and the traps we have set to lure out any possible survivors remain empty, praise the Lord! I recommend them from the bottom of my heart.
